On the way home from this most recent victory against
the Empire, the
Rebelnizers startled when a red alien comes onto the ship's viewing screen. The
alien
announces, "I am Dr. Lord Zedd. I have taken Psycho hostage. If you ever want
to get her
back, you alone, Shotgun Larry, must defeat me. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!" Larry
screams,
"I'll kill you Zedd, if it's the last thing I do!" Zedd replies, "Don't count
on it, Shotgun!"
The screen fades to black.
Shotgun Larry shouts at Shadow, "Give me any weakness
you can find on this
Zedd guy, pronto!" After a few seconds, Shadow reports back, "The only thing I
can find
on this guy is that he was beaten by some punk kids named the Power Rangers."
Larry
says, "My grandpa used to tell me about the Power Rangers when I was a little
Smedi
apprentice. He used to say that the Rangers got their power from objects called
'Power
Morphers'." Shotgun Larry thinks for a few moments, trying to remember anything
else
about the Power Rangers. Then it comes to him: he knows where a morpher is.
Larry
says, "I know where we can find a Power Morpher. Grandpa said that the white
ranger's
Power Morpher was hidden in spacecraft hanger 3, which is now the Rebelnizers
base.
Quick, let's head back to the base!"
When the Rebelnizers get back to their base, they begin
a frantic search to find the
morpher. After 20 minutes of searching, no one has found it. Everyone was about
to give
up and just let Zedd have his way with Psycho, when all of a sudden a big
"Yahoo!!!!"
was heard from Shotgun Larry's Grandpa's room. As soon as they heard Shotgun
holler
"I've found it! I've found it!" and more yahooing, everyone came running. The
morpher
had been hidden under Larry's Grandpa's bed inside a secret storage space under
the
floor. Also in the compartment were directions on how to use the morpher: "To
use the
Power Morpher, first say 'It's Morphing time!' then say 'White Ranger Power!"
You will
thus become the White Ranger." Now that they had the morpher, the Rebelnizers
scrambled the Enterprise and sped off towards the planet Googan, where Zedd's
Fortress
of A Great Evil and Many Lesser Evils resides.
When the Enterprise lands, the Rebelnizers enter the
fortress. In the throne room,
they confront Zedd and his underlings, some weird rock-like creatures. Psycho
is chained
up behind the throne. Zedd commands, "Putties, attack!" The Putties attack the
Rebelnizers. The Rebelnizers soon find out that the only way to destroy the
Putties is to
strike the "Z" on their chest. While the other Rebelnizers are fighting the
Putties, Shotgun
Larry morphs into the White Ranger and attacks Zedd. Dr. Lord Zedd is extremely
powerful and begins to overpower Larry. Shotgun Larry is almost defeated, but
he then
draws Saba, the White Rangers powerful saber. Larry proceeds to pull of a 50
hit combo
on Zedd, destroying him. Shotgun quickly releases Psycho from her bondage and
hits the
self-destruct button, which is clearly marked on the throne. The Rebelnizers
retreat to the
ship and take off just in time. As they fly away, they watch the fortress
explode, grateful
to have escaped with their lives.
